Project Requirements

The December Hotel possesses a modern infrastructure system with exclusive and high-class amenities for a perfect vacation space. Therefore, the hotel management needs an automatic and effective elevator control solution that integrates card recognition and management software to manage employees and guests entering and exiting the elevator, in order to enhance security and prevent unnecessary loss or damage to property. The solution must provide a feature that limits the number of floors for each card to ensure security and provide a satisfying experience for guests, avoiding confusion between floors and room numbers.

Elevator Floor Control

To manage the floor distribution for the 5 elevators at the December Hotel, ZKTeco installed the EC10 elevator control panel and EX16 floor extension board for each elevator. By combining it with the ProID20BM card reader, users can access the elevator floors using a previously registered card. Only hotel staff and guests with valid cards can use them to authenticate and activate the elevator to the floors they are allowed to access. The CR10M card reader is placed at the reception desk to register cards based on the guest information entered into the ZKBioSecurity software. This device is simple and quick to register cards and check-in guests. All the elevator access control systems are integrated with the overall management software ZKBioSecurity to manage and store data, divide time in and out, and report access information to the hotel management team.
