Yuson Tower is a modern office building integrated with a logistics center, strategically located near the port  and the city center. This 9-story building offers standard office services and dedicated workspaces tailored  specifically for the logistics industry. It serves as the headquarters of Times Cargo Logistic (TCL), providing  essential services such as customs declaration, warehousing, and international logistics to support businesses  operating in the import-export sector.

Requirement
To enhance management efficiency and ensure high-level security, ZKTeco implemented an integrated  system encompassing time attendance, access control, elevator management, and vehicle entry/exit  control—all centralized on the "All-in-One" ZKBio CVSecurity platform.

Convenient and Modern Time Attendance and Access Control
Yuson Tower management required an advanced facial recognition-based time attendance and access control  system. The solution needed to deliver high performance, durability, and ease of operation for effective  personnel management.

Solution
SpeedFace-V3L Device: Deployed at entry and exit points, this device enables authentication via facial  recognition or fingerprint scanning. Access Control: Authorized individuals can access specific areas during designated time frames after successful  biometric verification. Drop Latch Mechanism: After authentication, the SpeedFace-V3L activates the drop latch to open the door.  Employees can exit by pressing the exit button installed inside, while an integrated emergency button ensures  quick escape in emergencies, such as fire.

Elevator Stratification Control with Safety & Privacy Protection 

The building management sought a smart elevator control solution that enables automatic card recognition  while integrating centralized management software. This solution ensures security and safeguards against  potential asset loss. EC10 Elevator Controller: This device, combined with the ProRF proximity card reader, allows cardholders to  access the elevator with pre-registered access cards. Controlled Access to Floors: The system ensures users only travel to authorized floors, enhancing safety and  providing a seamless experience for both employees and visitors.

Smart and Effective Parking Management 

To optimize the flow of people and vehicles while ensuring maximum security, ZKTeco implemented a vehicle  access management solution at Yuson Tower. Intelligent Vehicle Access Control: A combination of the BG1000 automatic barrier, C3-200 controller, and  ProID20BM card reader was deployed at the parking area. Efficient Vehicle Flow Management: Users tap their authorized card on the reader to enter or exit. If the data  matches, the controller signals the barrier to raise, allowing smooth vehicle transit. Safety Features: The VR10 Pro radar sensor is mounted on the barrier post, enhancing device safety and  extending its lifespan by preventing unauthorized or forced access attempts.

ZKBio CVSecurity All-in-One Overall Management Software 

The entire access control system is integrated with the centralized management software, ZKBio CVSecurity.  This software provides a comprehensive solution for monitoring and managing security.
