(Longzy) for the entire acquisition of the company. Based on Longzy’s outstanding performance in outdoor monitoring and smart device innovation, the integration is expected to diversify ZKTeco’s product portfolio. Longzy, recognized as a national "Little Giant" high-tech enterprise in China, specializes in the design, research, development, production, and sales of intelligent outdoor products. Its offerings include advanced trail cameras for wildlife observation, security surveillance, precision laser rangefinders for hiking and navigation, smart home CCTV cameras, 4G security cameras, and solutions compatible with Z-Wave, Zigbee and Matter. The acquisition inauguration ceremony was held during ZKTeco’s 2025 Global Meeting at the Eastin Grand Hotel Ballroom in Bangkok. Apart from John Che, the ceremony also featured Kiven Wu, General Manager of NGTeco (ZKTeco’s subsidiary), and Yu Mengchu, Founder of Longzy.
