(Longzy), for the acquisition of its 55% shares, with the purchasing price of RMB 416 million. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in ZKTeco's expansion into the smart outdoor sector, enhancing its portfolio with advanced solutions in wildlife monitoring, security, and outdoor adventure technologies.
Longzy has established itself as a key player in the smart outdoor market, focusing on the development of audio-visual and optical equipment. The company specializes in high-potential segments such as hunting tracking and golf rangefinding, leveraging technology to empower outdoor experiences. With a comprehensive capability in ID design, software and hardware development, and intelligent manufacturing, Longzy provides high-quality ODM services to multiple outdoor brands and has successfully differentiated itself in the North American outdoor equipment market.
