About Client
R&F City is a landmark 560,000 m2 master-planned development located on the Golden Central Axis of Phnom Penh along Hun Sen Boulevard. Developed by the state-qualified R&F Properties, the project serves as a premier residential hub strategically positioned between the city’s embassy district and the rapidly expanding ING City. With unit configurations ranging from one to three bedrooms and a vast array of highend amenities—including nearly 30,000 m2 of private gardens and an exclusive residents' clubhouse—the complex demands a sophisticated infrastructure to support its high-density living.
Requirements
As a modern community prioritizing 24-hour butler-style service and premium property management, R&F City requires an efficient, high-capacity parking solution to accommodate its diverse residents and visitors while maintaining the seamless convenience and security expected of a luxury international development.
R&F City in Phnom Penh requires a scalable and secure parking management system capable of handling high vehicle volumes from both residents and visitors. The system must support 5 lanes with daily traffic of 2,000– 3,000 vehicles, ensuring smooth entry and exit without congestion. It should differentiate between fixed (resident) and temporary vehicles, enabling efficient access via card or ticket. Real-time monitoring, accurate fee calculation, and seamless online payment capability are essential to improve operational efficiency.
Additionally, the solution should minimize infrastructure complexity, reduce manpower dependency, and maintain reliable 24/7 performance.
Solution
The project deploys a hybrid parking management system powered by ZKParking, combining ticket-based access for temporary vehicles and UHF card-based access for fixed vehicles. At the entrance, TBM01 allows temporary vehicles to take tickets, while fixed vehicles gain seamless entry via UHF 5 Pro without stopping. At the exit, TBM02 enables temporary vehicles to scan tickets and display the parking fee, while fixed vehicles exit using UHF authentication
Security personnel collect payment based on the displayed amount and remotely open the barrier, eliminating the need for fixed cashier booths. Vehicle flow is controlled by BG2000, with VR10 Pro ensuring accurate vehicle detection and safety.
The system also integrates online payment to further improve efficiency and reduce exit delays. This hybrid approach enhances traffic flow, optimizes user experience, and strengthens ZKTeco’s smart parking solution capabilities, with future expansion planned for additional lanes and license plate recognition integration.
