L'MAK 68 building has a scale of 04 basements, 1 ground floor and 15 upper floors, with a  total floor area of up to 7000㎡. The building has a unique and multi-functional structure,  providing a large and flexible working space, meeting the needs of all types of businesses.

Requirement

he building management board requires a vehicle access control system that meets the  parking needs for all vehicles automatically, synchronously and effectively to optimally control the number of vehicles entering and exiting the building at each time and build a  more modern and civilized environment.

Solution

When arriving at the parking lot, staff will use the registered monthly card to access and exit. Vehicle access control system combined with 5.0 Megapixel infrared IP Camera  ZKTeco BL-855P48S-S7 will recognize license plates and Panoramic Camera ZKTeco  BL-852O38S-S5 integrated with VR10 Pro safety sensor. When the license plate is checked  correctly and compatible with the information on the user's card, the Barrier BGM1000 L/R  will raise the barrier arm to allow the vehicle to pass.  

Visitors can use the current card to authenticate information with the CR20E card data reader to access if information has not been registered. In this case, the card access control  controller C3-200 will send a signal to control the Barrier BGM1000 L/R barrier to raise to allow vehicles to pass after the camera has captured the license plate and panorama.

Manage access for cars

When a car enters, the long-range card reader ZKTeco UHF10F pro is activated to read the card pre-installed on each car, combined with the 5.0 Megapixel infrared IP Camera BL-855P48S-S7 to identify the license plate and camera. BL-852O38S-S5 takes panoramic  photos, thereby activating the Barrier ZKTeco BGM1000 L/R bar to allow the vehicle to  move in and out.
