Project Requirements
Van Phuc City is developed as a high-end residence and located in the heart of the Thu Duc District in Ho Chi Minh City. As private car is the general transport of the majority of the residents, there are heavy daily traffic at the vehicle entrances and exits of the residence, especially during the peak hours of commute. The client thus required an effective management system of vehicle in order to enhance the efficiency and security.
Solution
ZKTeco has provided a vehicle management solution at the entrance and parking area at the Van Phuc City for quick and safe control of the vehicles' entry and exit.
Vehicle Access Control System at the Entrance Area
ZKTeco vehicle control system is installed at the access control station areas of the H3-I3 and G3-J3 buildings. This area includes 4 Barrier BG1030R/L combined with remote control to control the car in and out easily and quickly, avoiding traffic jams.
Royal/ Vehicle Access Control System in the Basement of Royal Villa
The vehicle control project in the parking basement area of Royal Villa was implemented and applied BG1030R/L Barrier & BG1145R/L Barrier automatic barrier gate system integrated with C3-400 Central Controller, ProID40BM Proximity Card Reader and UHF-10F Pro Long Range Card Reader.
When users use motorbikes to get in and out, they simply swipe their licensed cards onto the ProID40BM card reader. If the authentication is correct, the C3-400 Central Controller will issue a signal to control the raised BG1030R/L or BG1145R/L Barrier Gate allowing users to enter and exit the villa's parking basement.
For cars, the principle of operation is the same as above, only the UHF-10F Pro long-range card reader will automatically read and authenticate the tags attached to the car with a reading distance of 10 to 20m.
The system also included the ZKTeco VR10 Rada sensor that is mounted directly on the barrier pillars to ensure the safety of the device and increase the life of the device. Especially in the case of intentional access.
The devices are linked together to create the optimal, professional and automatic vehicle access control system. Thereby, meeting the demand for vehicle control from the investor, as well as contributing to building a more civilized and professional environment.
