PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
The management board of VCN Tower is looking for a more effective and automated vehicle management system to ensure optimal management of the number of vehicles entering and exiting the office building and building a professional working environment more professional and convenient.
A.Control vehicles entering and exiting the building professionally and modernly
To manage access to the building's gate area, including parking for employees and visitors, the management board needs to deploy an automatic parking security control system. In particular, this system needs to ensure effective operation and high durability in outdoor environments.
Solution
Manage motorbike entry and exit
Staffs and visitors are registered with their personal information for access to the car park, and are issued with access cards by ZKTeco’s CR20M Card Readers. Upon arrival at the entrance of the car park, they are required to present their cards to be scanned by the installed ProID20 BM RFID Card Readers for identity authentication. The system is integrated with LPRC300 (VNM) License Plate Recognition Camera to recognize license plates integrated with VR10 Pro safety radar sensor. When a license plate taken from the camera is checked correctly and matches the user's card, the Barrier BGM2000L-4M & Barrier BGM2000R-4M will rise to allow the vehicle to pass.
Manage access to and from cars
When a car enters, Camera LPRC300(VNM) recognizes the license plate if it is compatible with previously registered information, and the Barrier gate will automatically raise up to the vehicle moving in and out. The access control system is integrated with ZKTeco's SPM Management Software to manage and store data and report all access information to the Building Management Board.
