The Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL), a joint venture of the Government of India and the State Government of Karnataka, is the agency for building, operating, and expanding Metro network (Namma Metro) in the city of Bengaluru. It is the second longest operational metro network in India after Delhi Metro. In which, ZKTeco India has secured the project tender for 19 Stations of the metro network to establish advanced security measures.
As an extensive public transportation network, the BMRCL was concerned about the public safety. Hence, the BMRCL administration required a powerful security system to accurately detect and identify dangerous objects including weapons or any other entities that could cause potential security risk to the passengers.
· An end-to-end solution to detect potential threat items in passengers' direct possession as well as in their baggage.
· Precisely recognize the physical aspects and determine the magnitude of threat items to mitigate adverse incidents from occurring.
