The Makro Real Estate is a prestigious company in real estate development and construction, which has its credit in housing and office projects in Santiago and Viña del Mar. They were in search of a comprehensive solution for the management of departments in its most recent housing project under a revolutionary leasing model, Parque Toledo, located in a privileged residential area within the San Miguel district. Parque Toledo embodies an intelligent multi-family rental system that encompasses buildings intended solely for this purpose. In this case, the project required a comprehensive and scalable solution that combined two key factors: a high level of security and a management system that unified housing management and access to common spaces.

Solution Description
The LH4000 smart lock system was chosen by the real estate company to meet the demand for security and management, since it has a Mifare card reader, they are low-energy electrical locks and they work with access management software. In addition, the locks are made of zinc, a material that makes them strong enough to protect the system from any considerable external impact, making them one of the safest options for the project.

As for the management platform used, it is ZKBioSecurity 3.1.5 with a customization of ZKBioSecurity 3.1.5 where the hotel module was worked with two conditions: the limit of the accommodation periods was extended from 90 days by default to three digits (up to 999 days) and the number of rooms accepted in the software was modified.
