Requirement
The venue is an avenue with only one entrance which have supermarket, bakery, and other shops available. It has not much parking lot which only can cover the number of visitor vehicles in normal traffific period. But the venue is in the downtown and very close to many public transits, so that leads other vehicles to park in their area.
Solution Workflflow
When vehicle drive into the area, the ticket machine with built-in license plate recognition will recognize the license plate and print out the ticket. After visitor receive the ticket, parking barrier will automatically raise up the boom in order to let the vehicle enter the area. During this process, the radar censor will detect the vehicle to prevent the boom from hitting vehicle or people who walking through. The parking barrier's boom will be closed after the radar censor cannot detect anything.
If visitors purchase for products or services in the area, they will be able to get the parking stamp. When visitor leaving the area, License plate recognition will read the license plate. If the vehicle stay in the area within time limit, the boom will automatically raise up to let vehicle leave the area. If the vehicle exceed the time limit, the boom will not raise up and let visitor show the parking stamp to the staff or pay the parking fee. Then the staff will approve the vehicle for exit.
