At the administrative headquarters of Cosmitet in Cali, an integrated access control and time attendance system was deployed to streamline employee entry, enhance security, and centralize access management. The site, located in the Eucharistic sector of the city, experiences high visitor and staff traffic, making controlled access critical for daily operations.

Requirement
The client required a secure and efficient system capable of managing both employee access and attendance. The solution needed to combine biometric verification, card authentication, and physical access barriers to ensure that only authorized personnel could enter. Additionally, it had to maintain a smooth and organized flow to support operational efficiency in a busy administrative environment.

Solution
The implementation featured a combination of ZKTeco’s advanced access control devices: one TS2022 Pro single-lane tripod turnstile, one SBT1022 courtesy swing barrier, SpeedFace V5L biometric terminals with dedicated wall mounts, and FR1500 card readers. This configuration delivers multi-factor authentication through facial recognition and card access, regulates passage through turnstiles, and enables centralized access management. The solution not only improves security and accountability but also enhances the overall efficiency of personnel flow within the facility.
