Kinabalu Tower, also known as Sabah State Administrative Centre, is a 33-storey, 132-meter-tall, government office complex building in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. It is Kota Kinabalu and Borneo's second tallest building. This complex consists of a single 33-storey office tower and two 9-storey office buildings and house the state's chief minister's office and other state government.

· Quick and Precise Access Control Management

Effective access control management is crucial for Kinabalu Tower (Sabah State Administrative  Centre), especially for the office of the Chief Minister and other state government cabinet members. These entities are responsible for managing important government affairs and sensitive information, necessitating a high level of security. An advanced access control system can prevent unauthorized personnel from entering, ensuring that only authorized employees and visitors have  access, thereby protecting confidential data and government resources. · Effective Time & Attendance Management 

Kinabalu Tower is a central hub for government agencies, with as many as 33 floors and a large number of employees. During peak commuting hours, the volume of employees clocking in and out is substantial, placing a burden on traditional card-based attendance systems and making it diffcult to ensure the true identity of those clocking in. Therefore, a fast and accurate attendance  system that can reliably identify employees is crucial for Kinabalu Tower (Sabah State Administrative Centre). Accurate identity verification ensures that only authorized personnel can access office areas, which is vital for protecting sensitive information and government resources, as well as preventing unauthorized visitors or potential security threats from entering.

Function Description

ZKTeco Implemented the ZKTeco MST150 system, seamlessly integrating a Walk-through Metal Detector and Turnstile to regulate building access, enhance security screening, and facilitate staff attendance  management. This is complemented by the ProFace-X Visible Light Facial Authentication system, further ensuring accurate identification and marking a significant advancement in overall security and workforce efficiency.

MST150, the innovative turnstile product of ZKTeco, is designed with built-in metal detector which enhances security level and greatly boosts the efficiency of security check. By combining inspection and access control, manpower can also be saved up. It is applicable to the entrance of factory, station, school and  building that needs security inspection management.

ProFace X is a series of Facial Authentication Access Control Standalone Terminals designed by ZKTeco for accurate and efficient facial authentication, which is capable of identifying people in less than 0.3 second upon  scanning faces. ProFace X [TI], a model of ProFace X series, apart from facial  authentication, also enables mask detection and temperature detection. Notably, the body temperature detection feature of the ProFace X [TI] can  measure human body temperature from a distance of up to 1.2 meters,  achieving results in as fast as 0.1 seconds with an accuracy of ±0.3°C. Compared to manual identification and temperature measurement, this solution  is significantly faster and more accurate, reducing the need for human resources and minimizing hygiene risks without any physical contact.

VF380 is a facial authentication terminal for time & attendance which can connect with 3rd party electric lock, door sensor and exit button, etc. With the latest facial authentication algorithm and cutting-edge  technology. It can save 3,000 face templates without dividing into groups. The product is able to communicate via WiFi, Ethernet, USB (host), so to ensure a smooth connection and data transfer. All the settings can  be easily done on a 2.8-inch capacitive touch screen. It has been elaborately designed and finely processed  to match office attendance management perfectly.
