School is a Nature School – a School in Harmony with Nature. The campus is designed like a resort, with charming buildings nestled among lush green gardens, located right in the admin-istrative center of Thu Duc City. 

With its unique Boutique School model, eSchool offers a well-balanced and scientically-structured curriculum that combines the enhanced Oxford++ International Program with the Vietnamese National Program, along with a diverse range of extracurricular activities.

Project Requirements 

The school management aims to create a secure and modern environment through a smart access control system that ensures the safety of students, teachers, and staff in a professional and efficient manner. To manage the high volume of entries and exits, eSchool hasimplemented an access control system that covers both pedestrian gates and vehicle entry points.

A. Fast and Professional Vehicle Access Control 

Managing vehicle access at schools requires a secure, automated parking control system that ensures fast and accurate traffic flow. The system must deliver reliable performance and high durability in outdoor environments.

Solution 

The internal vehicle access control system for school staff and teachers includes the CMP200 automatic barrier gate, a C3-200 central controller, and two ProID40BE card readers. The CMP200 barrier gate operates via the C3-200 controller, which connects to the ProID40BE readers through a TCP / IP connection. Registered users can enter or exit the school by simply scanning their access cards at the reader installed on the barrier. If the credentials are valid, the CMP200 barrier will automatically lift to allow access.

B. Modern, Automatic Entrance Control 

To address the management challenges of an international school, the eSchool management team required a modern, professional access control solution with automated security lane gates. This system ensures that only individuals involved in teaching and learning activities are granted entry to the campus, thereby minimizing security and safety risks while fostering an optimal learning environment for students and teachers.

Solution 

The entrance control area for students, teachers, and school staff is equipped with an automatic lane security gate system, featuring the Tripod TS2000 Plus combined with the Central Controller C3-200 and ProID40BE Card Reader. The C3-200 controller connects to the ProID40BE Card Reader installed on the Tripod Turnstile gates via TCP / IP. Users can simply swipe their registered cards at the reader when entering or exiting. If the information is authenticated correctly, the Tripod gate will rotate the barrier arm to allow passage. 

C. Simple, Eective Data Management Software 

The ZKBio CVAccess management software (web version) connects directly to the central controller, enabling the collection and synchronization of data across systems. This enhances user access control and management, making it simpler, more efficient, and more accurate.
