Project Description
Employees:
1. Vehicle Entry: Employees can enter the premises by car or motorcycle using a license plate reader that automatically recognizes their registered vehicle.
2. Building Access: To access the building, employees must undergo a facial recognition scan combined with their HID card. This process also records their entry and exit times for attendance tracking.
Visitors:
Advance Registration: Visitors must register at least 3 days prior to their visit using a web link sent via email. This ensures smooth entry on the day of the visit.
On-Site Registration for Factory Visitors: Visitors to the factory can register on-site by:
1. Taking a photo.
2. Providing information from their ID card.
3. Printing a visitor slip that must be presented to internal staff for access.
