About Client
Reigate Grammar School Phnom Penh (RGSPP), operated by RGSI in partnership with Sunfuture Education Group, opened in summer 2025. It brings over 350 years of British educational heritage to Cambodia, combining tradition with a forward-looking approach.
RGSPP provides a full educational pathway from early years to sixth form, with a focus on academic achievement and character development, supported by high-quality facilities for learning, creativity and sports, as well as a wide range of extracurricular activities, expert mentorship and external coaching. Since opening, the school has enrolled over 400 students, demonstrating strong demand for high-quality British international education in Cambodia.
Requirements
As a newly established school, RGSPP requires a secure, efficient and integrated campus management system to support its daily operations and future growth. With over 400 students enrolled since opening, the school needs reliable access control to safeguard students, staff and facilities, alongside smooth and organized entry management for high-traffic areas. It also requires a streamlined visitor management process to enhance security and improve the on-campus experience. In addition, RGSPP seeks a cashless consumption system for convenient transactions, as well as an intelligent parking solution to manage increasing vehicle flow and reduce congestion. To ensure operational efficiency, the school aims to unify all subsystems, including access control, entrance management, parking, consumption and media, under a centralized platform that enables real-time monitoring, simplified administration and scalability for future expansion.
Solution
A fully integrated smart campus solution was deployed using the ZKBio CVSecurity platform, enabling unified management of access control, entrance control, elevator control, parking, and consumption systems. The access control system, powered by InBio series controllers, ProID readers, and electric locks, ensures secure and flexible entry across the campus. Entrance management is enhanced with SBTL series turnstiles, ProFace X[CH] face recognition terminals, and a complete card issuance system for efficient identity verification. A visitor kiosk streamlines guest registration, while ProMerc-300D POS terminals provide a seamless cashless payment experience at the canteen. The parking system, integrating LPRS1000 license plate recognition, barriers, radar, and cameras, automates vehicle access and improves traffic flow.
In addition, ZKBio Media with MediaStation-N2 enables centralized information display, enhancing campus communication and engagement. This fully integrated solution improves operational efficiency, strengthens security, and supports a smarter, more connected campus environment.
