Built in 2005, this apartment offers spacious 2-bedroom to 3-bedroom units, along with facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, and tennis court, making it a high-value property investment option with strong rental potential in North Jakarta.
Requirements
The client requires a reliable, fast, and secure attendance and access control system that is also convenient for all employees. The system must be capable of performing quick and accurate verification, support multiple authentication methods (QR Code, card, etc.), feature a user-friendly interface, and accommodate thousands of users. In addition, the system must ensure that only registered and authorized employees can access specific areas, maintaining a secure working environment.
Solution
This project implements a reliable, fast, and secure access control system for convenient employee use, utilizing the InBio Pro 460 as the main controller integrated with QR500M readers for quick and contactless authentication via QR Code and card. The system is supported by magnetic locks, exit buttons, and emergency break glass to ensure secure door operation, and is centrally managed through ZKBio CV Security for real-time monitoring, access management, and reporting. Additionally, API integration enables seamless connectivity with other systems, ensuring that only registered and authorized employees can access designated areas while maintaining a secure working environment.
