The project site is a high-end country club featuring controlled access designed to ensure security and privacy for its residents. In addition to perimeter fencing and surveillance, the community offers exclusive services and  leisure amenities typical of luxury residential environments.

Requirement
The country club sought to strengthen its security infrastructure by implementing a comprehensive system to  cover pedestrian and vehicle access points as well as internal common areas. The key objectives included: 

· Ensuring smooth and rapid entry and exit for residents, staff, and suppliers. 

· Providing efficient and secure control in administrative and community zones. 

· Enhancing overall safety for workers and external visitors through reliable inspection and access systems.

Solution
Pedestrian Access Control 

Twenty TS2000 Pro turnstiles were installed at the property’s main entrances. This robust and elegant model  supports continuous pedestrian flow, featuring a bidirectional rotation mechanism, anti-panic functionality,  and a stainless steel structure that ensures both durability and low maintenance. 

Parking Control

To manage vehicle access, twelve ProBG3000 barriers with 3-meter arms were installed, configured  according to the width of the neighborhood’s lanes and internal streets. Each barrier is equipped  with a ZKTeco VR10 Pro radar, offering precise vehicle detection and stable performance even under  heavy traffic conditions.

Internal Access Control 

A total of 200 electromagnetic locks were implemented across administrative offices and common areas,  including restaurants, playgrounds, security booths, and service facilities. This provided secure, centralized  access management throughout the community. 

Security Inspection

To ensure a safe environment, 10 ZK-D2180 metal detector arches were installed. Each unit can be configured  with multiple detection zones for high-accuracy identification of metallic objects. These are used to screen  personnel, private contractors, and suppliers entering the premises, further reinforcing safety across the entire  site.
