01. Employees’ Access
For employees in the mansion, the administrator can register the employees information and give them access permission of the authorized areas through ZKBio CVSecurity software. Combine authentication technologies ensure that only authorized personnel have access to the building. The modern design entrance gate can be installed at the key entrance and exit areas of the building. After successful verification on the access control terminal, they can pass through the barrier or access to authorized floors.
Some key control areas, such as IT room, finance room, document room, etc., can be equipped with high security access control devices, only some important management personnel or staff can enter. At the same time, the access control system can also link the fire detection and emergency alarm system to facilitate the emergency evacuation of personnel.
02. Visitors’ Access
For Visitors, ZKTeco provides Smart Visitor Management Solution that covers self-service reservation, visitors entrance control, biometrics technology, elevator control, FaceKiosk, visitor data analysis module, is a set of highly integrated comprehensive system solution.
The solution supports multiple visitor reservation methods, including On-site self-service reservations, on-site reservation, and online self-service reservation. After the visitor registered and check in, the visitor will be granted access to the corresponding area through facial recognition / QR code / etc.
Elevator Control (3rd Party DCS Integration)
In order to improve the operation efficiency of the elevator, reduce the energy consumption of the elevator due to multiple stops, ZKTeco launched the DCS (Destination Control System) Integration Solution, which can achieve effective distribution, improve the elevator operation efficiency.

Parking Management
LPR (License Plate Recognition) technology is an application of computer video image recognition technology in license plate identification area. The LPR camera will scan the license plate characters, and its recognition technology will identify the license plate number, color and other information. No need to stop, and no need to swipe card. Quick access to the parking lot of the automatic license plate recognition mode, provides users with more intelligent, more convenient, more perfect experience.
LPRS1000 integrated with license plate recognition camera, LED display, voice broadcast, fill light, fixed base and other integrated structure, and has a simple and elegant appearance and multi-functional design. It is convenient for the installation of the engineering business and get rid of the large ticket box, which is widely used in parking lot management.
Daily Business Management
01. Attendance Management
The ZKBio CVSecurity software supports to use the access control data, video and LPR Parking data for attendance. The administrators can set the attendance points with attendance terminals, video recognition terminals, access control terminals, and LPR terminals. Generally, employees can check in on the attendance terminal. However, if employees forget to check in and want to make up the registration, the administrator can check the the video snapshot data, access data or the LPR parking data to process the registration of relevant employees.
02. Sharing Workstation
Sharing Workstation, refers to that some enterprises or units can lease / control the authority of their existing office area / workstation to improve the utilization rate of resources or economic benefits.
· Improve The Utilization of Idle Stations / Areas
If the visitor does not arrive at the workstation within 30 minutes after booking, the workstation will be automatically changed to idle.
· Position Guide
After booking, the electronic name plate of the corresponding station will automatically display the name of the reserved person.
· Energy Saving
After the reservation is verified and activated on the terminal, the power switch of the corresponding station will turn on automatically. When the station is finished, the power switch will be turned off automatically.
03. Interactive Whiteboard
In the meeting room, multimedia room and other areas can be placed all-in-one interactive whiteboard, providing a more convenient and intelligent conferences through the split-screen display, showing two different images side by side. The interactive whiteboard offers smartphone mirroring in the same network to improve the knowledge-sharing experience. Besides, the 20 multi-touch points allow multiple people to write and draw on the interactive whiteboard simultaneously, which creates a collaborative meeting experience.
04. Meeting Room Reservation Management
In order to improve the meeting room management level of all enterprises and units, ZKTeco launches Meeting Room Reservation Management Solution with follwing features:
· Self-service Reservation Management
Internal staff or visitors can reserve the meeting room through H5 program in advance.
· Enhanced User Interface
The reservation interface will display the free time and device types of each conference room.
· Improve The Utilization Rate Of Meeting Rooms
After the meeting room reservation is approved, it will start and end on time. When the meeting is about to end, a message will be sent 5 minutes in advance to remind participants.

Our system supports video patrol, and IPC / access control devices can be used as patrol points. 02. Perimeter Protection
Based on line-crossing detection algorithm from ZKIVA Edge, the system can monitor perimeter intrusion events. People who cross the boundary are captured, event alarms and linkage videos will be triggered, so that the security guards can receive the intrusion event time, location timely and can handle abnormal events quickly.
03. Key Personnel Control
Based on facial recognition algorithm from intelligent video analytics edge server , the system can also offer key personnel control function:

Smoke detectors
This Risco / Bosch fire smoke detectors are compatible with ZKBio CVSecurity, which supports to detect fire signals in the early stage of fire, generate alarms, and transmit event information. In addition, through the video linkage, the administrator can also view the location of the fire and the scene situation in time. At the same time, through the linkage access control system, it can also quickly open the escape passage of personnel, and support the number of security statistics.
Muster Point
