Precise Attendance Management to Enhance Accountability 

Johnson Cleaning has extensive experience in cleaning services, covering various public and private  organizations throughout Hong Kong. Among them, Johnson provides cleaning services for government facilities located in non-urban areas. The Government Property Agency of Hong Kong, which employs Johnson, has standardized compliance requirements for managing service contractors, and attendance management is  included. While the conventional card-swiping attendance management has led to loopholes in attendance  recording, failing to accurately identify whether employees are punctual and present, Johnson Cleaning needed  a more effective time & attendance management with enhanced identity authentication.

Lack of Network Coverage

At all workplaces requiring attendance checking, Horus H1 terminals are deployed and connected to  the ZKBioTime 8.0 platform for central management. When Johnson Cleaning 's employees arrive at the work  location to check in or leave after completing their work, they simply need to scan their faces on the Horus  H1 instead of swiping a physical card. The Horus H1 will conduct facial authentication, and upon successful  identification, attendance will be recorded on the ZKBioTime 8.0 platform. Simultaneously, the Horus H1 will  capture a photo of the employee for record-keeping, proving their presence and preventing fraud of attendance.
