Effective Access Control and Time & Attendance Management

Babil Games operates out of a dedicated 3-floor office building situated in the city center, reflecting its significant presence in the industry. The facility is equipped with advanced security measures, including high-access control and time attendance systems installed at each entrance. These systems are crucial for maintaining security and accurately  tracking employee attendance. With a workforce ranging from approximately 50 to 200 employees, these measures help ensure both the safety of the premises and the efficient management of staff records.

G4 Pro – Ultimate Security Efficiency with Cost Effectiveness

The solution has been installed at two key doors in the building, utilizing  the advanced G4 Pro system. This device is equipped with the Android  9.0 operating system and includes several upgraded features such as Power over Ethernet (PoE) for streamlined power management and  full compatibility with 4G networks. The G4 Pro is specially designed to improve accessibility efficiency within the premises, offering enhanced functionality and seamless integration for managing entry and tracking within the facility.

Precise and Quick Identity Authentication with SpeedFace-V5L

The SpeedFace-V5L devices, installed at two doors in the building, are used to efficiently manage and record employee access and time & attendance. These devices use advanced facial recognition technology and intelligent  algorithms to quickly and accurately identify individuals. They support multiple  authentication methods, including fingerprint, facial and palm authentications. Additionally, the SpeedFace-V5L can read QR codes through a mobile app, adding an extra layer of security and versatility. This combination of features  ensures smooth and secure access control for the premises.

Web-Based Multi-Location Centralized Time Management with BioTime 8.5 Software

BioTime 8.5 is a web-based time management platform used to oversee access control and attendance records across multiple locations. It seamlessly integrates with installed devices, allowing for centralized management of employee access and time logs. The software supports stable communication with thousands of devices, which can be remotely managed via a web browser. Enhanced features include timetable management, shift scheduling, and detailed attendance reports, making BioTime 8.5 a powerful tool for comprehensive time and attendance management.
