The client ZKTeco served with the solution is a glove manufacturing company, established in the 1980s, which has evolved from a small-scale operation into one of the world's largest producers of nitrile gloves. With an unwavering commitment to innovation and operational excellence, the company currently possesses the capacity to manufacture billions of gloves annually, serving markets across the globe.

Requirement 

The project entails several specific requirements aimed at enhancing security and efficiency within the manufacturing environment:

· Multiple Authentication Methods 

The manufacturing base of the company is divided into multiple departments and areas for different uses, each workshop needs different levels of security. Thus, each manufacturing workshop requires tailored authentication methods to accommodate specific operational needs.

· Precise and Rapid Authentication 

Given the high volume of workers, the system must ensure accurate and swift identification for both entrance and exit.

· Body Temperature Detection 

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and adherence to factory dress codes, the system must  include functionality for body temperature readings and mask detection.

Function Description

To meet the project's requirements, the SmartAC1 was implemented, leveraging advanced facial authentication algorithms and computer vision technology. This comprehensive access control solution provides  diverse authentication methods, including fingerprint, facial, and palm verification.

Key features of the SmartAC1 include:

Touchless Authentication: 

This capability ensures accurate and rapid identification, even for individuals wearing masks, which is essential for maintaining hygiene and safety within the factory. 

Mobile App Support: 

The system includes QR code support via a mobile app, facilitating seamless access for users. 

Advanced Anti-Spoofing Algorithm: 

This enhances security by preventing unauthorized access through spoofing attempts. 

Efficient Palm Recognition: 

The device can manage up to 3,000 palm templates, allowing for quick and effective palm recognition.
