The Administrative Court of Thailand is a key branch of the government responsible for ensuring justice in administrative matters and overseeing the legality of government actions. To enhance its operational  security and modernize its access management system, the Court required a reliable and integrated solution capable of controlling building entry while synchronizing with its existing central management software used  throughout the country.

Requirement
The project’s primary objective was to establish a secure and efficient access control system within the Administrative Court’s main building while maintaining seamless compatibility with the institution’s  nationwide software framework. The system needed to regulate personnel access, manage time attendance,  and strengthen visitor screening processes for improved administrative and security performance.

Solution

To meet these needs, ZKTeco deployed a comprehensive access and security solution featuring SpeedFace  V5L(MF) terminals to manage door access points. These devices provide fast facial and card recognition  technology, ensuring secure, contactless entry for authorized personnel. Additionally, the G4 Pro terminal  was installed for time attendance management, supporting precise employee attendance tracking while  seamlessly integrating with the Court’s central software platform for consolidated data management across  multiple locations.

For enhanced visitor and building security, the project also incorporated the ZKX5030A X-ray inspection  system. This device performs detailed scanning of baggage and personal items before entry, ensuring that all  incoming visitors and materials meet the institution’s security standards. Through this integrated combination of biometric access control, time attendance, and security inspection  technologies, the Administrative Court successfully improved both its safety framework and administrative  efficiency, achieving a modern, technology-driven environment aligned with national government standards.
