Project Requirements

Being a well-recognized hospitality industry in India, SINQ management was concerned about the safety of their customers, since most of their customers are VIPs or from other nations. Hence, lack of security measures or loopholes would result in catastrophic incidents with globally increasing terror attacks and geopolitical risks. Therefore, the SINQ management decided to increase security measures in their resorts. They had the following security requirement when they approached ZKTeco, security inspection solution for baggage as well as for people. Furthermore, they wanted the security solution to be highly advanced and comparable to the international standards.

ZKTeco offered ZKX6550 based Baggage X-Ray Scanner and 6 zone Door Frame Metal Detector to safeguard the resort and the people in it from potential threats. The security devices were installed at the main entrance of the resort. Then the hotel staffs were given appropriate training on how to handle the instruments by the ZKTeco technical experts. The hotel guests are required to scan their baggage in the security inspection device. The security operators at the hotel will monitor the baggage in the security display for potential threats which will clearly be indicated by the system if any. Upon successful verification, guests will be allowed to pass through the metal detector, if at all the guests carry any dangerous item, the metal detector will notify the operator with alarm along with the location of the item.
