NAVIKAH RESIDENCE is a high-end residential apartment complex located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The project consists of a single residential building with approximately 80 upscale housing units. The residents are predominantly mid-to-high-end clients who value high-quality, convenient, and secure living environments. They expect modern intelligent solutions that enhance visitor management and community safety. At the same time, some residents may not be familiar with advanced technology, so the system needs to be easy to use and supported by accessible technical assistance.
Requirement
Develop an integrated video intercom system that combines communication, security, and remote monitoring functions for visitor calling, identity verification, access control, and surveillance. The system must support centralized management and unified control to enable efficient administration of all outdoor stations and indoor monitors from a management center. Improve community security by streamlining the visitor reception process and effectively identifying and intercepting unauthorized visitors. Ensure system stability and ease of operation to accommodate residents with varying levels of technical proficiency. Provide simple and clear user training as well as local technical support to assist residents unfamiliar with high-tech systems.
