ABOUT CLIENT
After an extended period of operation, the vehicle access control system at Nam Duong Factory required an upgrade to improve vehicle management and access control efficiency. Rather than replacing the entire system, ZKTeco implemented an upgrade solution built on the existing infrastructure. This approach optimized investment costs while enhancing operational efficiency and overall security.
REQUIREMENTS
Nam Duong Factory required an upgraded vehicle access control system to improve authentication speed and streamline internal vehicle management. The solution needed to incorporate modern biometric authentication technology, ensure stable operation, reduce congestion at entrance points, and support effective, centralized data management.
SOLUTION
ZKTeco deployed a comprehensive vehicle access control system utilizing the SenseFace 7A facial recognition terminal, dual BGM1000 automatic barriers, the C3-200 controller, and ZK Parking SPM management software. The system features dedicated, separate barrier lanes for entry and exit to ensure smooth traffic flow and eliminate congestion at the factory gate. Upon entering or exiting the facility, drivers complete facial authentication via the SenseFace 7A device. Once verified, the system sends a signal to the C3-200 controller to automatically lift the corresponding barrier, allowing vehicles to pass through quickly and safely. All access events and vehicle logs are centrally stored on the ZK Parking SPM platform, enabling efficient real-time monitoring and operational management.
