PT Citra Palu Minerals (CPM) is a gold mining company operating in the Poboya area, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. The company is a subsidiary of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRMS), which is part of the Bakrie Group, one of Indonesia’s largest conglomerates with business interests in the energy and natural resources sectors.
CPM holds a Contract of Work (CoW) with the Government of Indonesia, granting the company rights to conduct exploration and production activities over an area of approximately 85,180 hectares. This concession covers several potential gold and other metal deposits across Central and South Sulawesi.
The company’s main activities focus on gold exploration and production, gold ore processing using Carbonin-Leach (CIL) technology, and the development of supporting facilities such as processing plants and mining  infrastructure.

Requirement
The client requires a meal quota management system that can accurately track and control employee meal  usage at the cafeteria. The system must use face recognition or RFID devices at the entry point to ensure only authorized employees access meals, limit consumption to three times per day, prevent duplicate claims, and  automatically record all meal data for reporting and cost control.

Developing a meal quota system using ZKTeco products, where face recognition or RFID devices are installed at the entrance of the cafeteria to record each employee’s meal usage. This is a complete and structured  solution designed for managing meal quotas with ZKTeco devices, ideal for mining companies like CPM. The system automatically manages and limits employees’ meal allowances to three times per day using ZKTeco’s  attendance or access control system, preventing duplicate meal claims, recording meal data automatically,  and ensuring that meal expenses remain controlled and accurate.
