Requirement

To enhance customer experience, optimize the ticket-checking process, and ensure security throughout  the cinema area, the management of Galaxy Cinema Hanoi plans to implement an access control system  using Swing Barriers. This system will strictly manage entry and exit, allowing only customers with valid  tickets or authorized staff to access the screening area, while contributing to a modern, professional, and safe entertainment environment.

Solution

The smart access control solution with an automatic lane barrier system combined with card authentication  delivers a high level of security, minimizes the risk of unauthorized entry, and enhances professionalism and  efficiency in management. At the cinema, ZKTeco has deployed the Swing Barrier SBTL7000 & SBTL7200, integrated with the C3-200  central controller and ProID20 card readers at the entrance area.

With this solution, all customers and staff are required to swipe their pre-issued and registered cards when  passing through the barriers. The C3-200 controller communicates with the ProID20 readers to verify the data.  Once the authentication is successful, the Swing Barrier arms automatically open, allowing quick and secure access. This solution can be integrated with third-party ticketing and access management software, enabling  seamless operations and centralized management. The system not only ensures strict access control but also  provides users with a convenient and modern experience right from the moment they enter the cinema.
