Requirements

As a landmark mixed-use development, The Pinnacle Residence requires a highly secure and efficient access  and elevator control system to support its residential, hotel, commercial, and office spaces. The project  demands robust access control for over 100 doors, ensuring only authorized residents, staff, and visitors can  access sensitive areas. At the same time, elevator access management is critical to restrict floor access and  maintain operational safety. A reliable card issuance system is required to manage secure, encrypted access  cards, while all systems must integrate into a unified platform to allow real-time monitoring, reporting, and  streamlined administration. The solution must meet current high-security standards and provide a scalable,  mature framework for future developments with advanced security requirements.

Solution

To meet these requirements, a fully integrated access and elevator control system was deployed using ZKBio  CVSecurity as the central management platform. The access control system, powered by InBio460 Pro Plus  controllers and D147-H card issuers, secures over 100 doors with Desfire encrypted access cards, enhancing  overall security. Elevator access is managed through EC10 and EX16 controllers, along with KR610D-RS readers,  ensuring that only authorized users can reach designated floors. This solution establishes the first encrypted  card access project in the region, providing a proven template for future high-security developments.
