Requirement

With the aim of enhancing security management efficiency and providing a modern access experience for  both employees and visitors, the Management Board of Vinacomin Tower proposes the implementation of a  smart access control system powered by facial recognition technology.  The solution must ensure fast and accurate identification, stable operation even during peak hours, and  seamless integration with the overall management software.

Solution

At the elevator lobby of Vinacomin Tower, ZKTeco has deployed a modern access control system featuring the  Swing Barrier SBTL8000 & SBTL8200, integrated with the advanced multi-modal recognition device G4 Pro,  seamlessly embedded into the gates. The system requires all employees and visitors to verify their identity  before entering the inner areas of the building.

By default, the gates remain locked to prevent unauthorized access. When a user approaches, the G4 Pro  performs identity authentication; if the data is valid, the swing barriers automatically open, allowing fast and  secure passage. If authentication fails, the gates remain locked, ensuring maximum security. To further streamline user enrollment, the system is equipped with the CR20M card enrollment reader and the  UV100 face enrollment reader, enabling convenient registration even when the G4 Pro is embedded within  the gates.

Moreover, the entire SBTL8000 & SBTL8200 gate system is fully integrated with the centralized management  platform ZKBio CVSecurity, providing real-time monitoring, flexible access authorization, comprehensive  entry/exit log storage, and accurate reporting whenever needed.
